Terms of service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to the Crestlane Cards online store and purchases made through it. Our store operates from Singapore. You can contact us at CrestlaneCards@gmail.com or +65 8042 3912. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you at that time, subject to your non-excludable legal rights.

Product information and quantities

Check the product name, set code, printing, rarity, language, condition and quantity before ordering. For a listing identified as a single card, quantity 1 means one card. A playset, deck, pack, box or case is supplied only where the listing expressly identifies that product and its contents. Ask us before buying if a listing is unclear or condition is not specified; an unspecified condition is not a promise of Near Mint or a particular grading score.

Product images may be stock illustrations unless identified as photographs of the actual item. Stock images show the card or product design and are not evidence of the condition of the exact copy supplied. Material defects or significant sealed-packaging damage must be disclosed in the listing. See our Card condition and sealed-product guide.

Prices and payment

Our store currency is SGD unless another currency is clearly displayed. Review the total, shipping charges and any applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Collectible prices can change. We do not increase the agreed price of a confirmed order because market prices rise, and later price reductions do not entitle you to a price adjustment. A third-party market reference, where expressly identified, is not a promise of resale value or a previous Crestlane Cards selling price.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt acknowledges submission; we accept an order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. Payment authorisation alone does not guarantee stock availability. We may be unable to fulfil an order because payment fails, stock is unavailable or there is a genuine listing error. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment collected for goods we cannot supply, together with any applicable delivery charges.

For a genuine pricing or listing error, we will explain the issue and ask whether you wish to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. This is not permission to reprice an accepted order simply because market values change.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See our Shipping policy for delivery areas, rates and dispatch arrangements. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before packing. Cancellation after packing or dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Returns and remedies are governed by our Returns and refunds policy; approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 working days after any reasonably required return or assessment is complete.

Preorders require full payment when ordered. Their release timing, cancellation cutoff, allocation and mixed-order terms are explained in our Preorder policy and the relevant listing.

Using our store

Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the site or payment services for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access or interference with other users. Keep account credentials confidential. If you are unable to enter a binding purchase contract yourself, a parent or guardian must place the order.

Privacy and intellectual property

Read our Privacy policy and Singapore privacy notice for information about personal data and your choices. Product names, game names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the products and does not, by itself, imply endorsement or official retailer status. See our Legal notice.

Changes, disputes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future orders by posting an updated version. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing order without your agreement. Singapore law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
